On Tuesday, August 15^th, the District Township Zoning Board voted unanimously to reject the Zeigenfuss Procedural Challenge of the township’s zoning ordinances.  While this is a good first step, we expect there to be an appeal filed.  We will post information here if there is an appeal and any future meetings that we would like people to attend.
